Task: Bokken’s something of an eccentric, but he sure knows how to make delicious potions. His secret is fangberry juice, but he’s running low. A large thicket of fangberries grows about 55 miles southwest of Oleg’s.

Completion: Bring Bokken enough berries to make fangberry juice for seven potions. Make sure they’re not dirty... Bokken won’t bother washing the berries before he uses them.

Reward: Bokken gives the PCs a 25% discount on all potions for a month. Alternately, he’ll give them any three potions he currently has in stock for free.

COMPLETED! FALGRIM SNEEG

Task: A mercenary Kesten worked with months ago was a Varisian man named Falgrim Sneeg. Falgrim robbed the group and fled into the Greenbelt to become a bandit, and Kesten hopes to catch him alive and return him to Restov for punishment.

Completion: Capture Falgrim Sneeg, alive if possible.

Reward: Kesten can arrange a reward of four masterwork weapons of the capturer’s choice if Falgrim is delivered alive. If he’s delivered dead, Kesten can only promise two weapons.

COMPLETED! KOBOLDS
The Sootscale kobolds dwell in a cave somewhere in the Kamelands. Normally not a problem, they’ve been riled up by something lately.
Find their lair and ensure that the kobolds aren’t going to continue being a threat.

Completion: Either slay the kobolds or forge an alliance of peace with them.
Reward: The swordlords send a reward of 800 gp once the kobold activity is under control.

The shaft of a beacon shot is studded with tiny flecks of glimmering gemstones. When an activated beacon shot hits a target, it embeds itself into that target and spews sparks for 1 minute. If the target is invisible, it becomes merely concealed. If the target had concealment this is negated.

Although his wife claims it’s not a big loss compared to what the bandits could have taken, Oleg knows the theft of her wedding ring has distressed her.

She’s forbidden him from risking life and limb to recover it, but if anyone else can find the ring and return it to him, he’ll be very grateful.
Completion: Track down the ring. The bandits were the last to have it, but they might have lost or sold it already.
Reward: Oleg promises 1,000 gp in trading post credit if his wife’s ring can be recovered.

COMPLETED! TATZYLWYRM HEAD

Task: The way everyone talks about tatzlwyrms, one might think they’re swarming throughout the Stolen Lands. This isn’t the case; they’re actually quite rare. A tatzlwyrm head would be a great conversation piece at Oleg’s. He has promised a reward for anyone who can deliver one.

Completion: Slay a tatzlwyrm and deliver its head.

Reward: Oleg will give his 5 charms for the tatzywyrm's head.

Charm: lover's knot - This lock of hair is wrapped around a twig twisted into the shape of a heart. Popular among many of Restov’s explorers, traders, and mercenaries, often a person carries several lover’s knots on their person in case of emergency. While the original lover’s knots were specific rewards granted by a particularly flirtatious Swordlord to her favored agents, time has seen these talismans become more widespread through southern Brevoy. When you activate a lover’s knot, as a standard action requiring concentration, you regain 2d6 Hit Points.

COMPLETED! MOON RADISH SOUP

Task: Oleg’s been under a lot of stress lately, and Svetlana would love to cook him his favorite meal (moon radish soup) to help him relax. Unfortunately, moon radishes are relatively rare. A patch grows about 16 miles south of the trading post.
Completion: Bring Svetlana a basket of moon radishes.
Reward: Svetlana is ready to give 250 gp Trading Post credit to anyone who can bring her enough moon radishes to make soup.

Also, the next time the PCs stay the night she gives them a fresh, hot dish of spicy moon radish soup. For 24 hours this gives +2 to save against mind-affecting effects.

COMPLETED! TEMPLE OF THE ELK

Jhod Kavken asks the PCs to seek out a lost temple of Erastil that he’s heard of in his travels. It lies somewhere to the south in the forests of the Narlmarches, and he would like to reconsecrate it, but first he needs the PCs to locate the temple and ensure it’s safe for him to visit. He reveals that he had a vision about the temple and warns the PCs that a large bear seems to be guarding the site—and that something is not quite right about the bear.
