For running increments get +2 for every 10 ft of movement, +2 for run feat.
For swimming checks get +2 for every 10 ft of movement (rounded town). Swimming is one-quarter your normal speed (as a move action).
For climbing checks get +2 for every 10 ft of movement (rounded town). Climbing is one-quarter your normal speed (as a move action).
All checks combined gives a total score. The highest score wins.
No magic allowed.

1-3: Running
4-5: Climbing over a wall
6-8: Running
9-11: Swimming through the lake
12-15: Running
16-17: Climbing over a wall
18-20: Running
